During my time at CloudBees, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall user experience. By implementing the double-diamond design thinking model, I spearheaded research operations, revamped and integrated design systems, and played a significant part in driving essential product design projects across their range of cloud offerings.
Introducing Design Thinking, the double diamond model and UX Maturity & Scaling
I strongly championed the comprehensive adoption of the design thinking model at CloudBees by leveraging the double diamond approach. I proactively navigated various avenues to guarantee a thorough exploration of UX design maturity, spanning from initial discovery to operational integration and final product design stages.
Research Operations
I established a research operation at CloudBees focused on including user experience discovery, which ultimately resulted in the formation of a dedicated Product Insights group within the company.

UX Wireframing & Prototyping
I worked hands-on at critical surface areas like Developer Experience Integrations, Workload Analytics & Dashboards, Plugin Management UX, and Feature Management & Platform-based IAM tooling.
Also, leading a UX team, we spearheaded the redesign of a key product's UX and UI. This effort resulted in one customer praising the redesign as a "quantum leap," showcasing our commitment to enhancing user experiences across the board.
