User Journey Mapping
From the marketing and targeted personas IESE had we mapped out the scope of the MVP using my favourite story mapping tool called Avion.
Here we have detailed the user journey from login to success and everything in between: this gave us a clear picture of the scope of the app we are about to design and what is in each section.
Wireframes and Testing
Before going towards branding and visual design application we mapped out the entire user journey in a wireframe prototype for speed and initial journey testing.
After several interactions and tweaks on parts of the journey or details and micro interactions we could sign off on this model of what will be the app.
Visual design
Final stage is to apply IESE branding guidelines to the wireframes to for a working prototype, ready to hand off to devs for implementation.
