Technogym's digital surfaces had two jobs in the Club 4.0 era, and they pulled in different directions: tell the membership and content story, and make product and class browsing easy. I designed one system with two registers. A darker editorial language carried membership and content, a lighter one carried browsing, and typography and grid held them together. Technogym, founded in Cesena by Nerio Alessandri in 1983, makes the equipment behind the world's high-end gyms, hotels and most of the recent Olympic Games.
